Want to gain the skills to design a knock-out science fair project?
Completing the Creation Crates program will illuminate the potential for experiments in everything you do. Inspired by a ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Mechanical Engineering course, Creation Crates is your opportunity to design your own engineering experiments at home!
With a kit of materials delivered to your doorstep, you will work directly with a ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Mechanical Engineering faculty mentor to design, build, and test a series of experimental apparatuses, use your setup to take experimental measurements, and analyze the trustworthiness of your results.
Consistent with the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ spirit of community and support, Creation Crates students will help each other to navigate the challenging but rewarding features of experimental design. You will also learn about life at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ by getting to know a current student and taking a of the campus.
Creation Crates is open to high school students who have completed their sophomore or junior years.

Dates: Monday, July 28th through Friday, August 1st.
